Ameriprise Financial Manager, Bank Product Marketing (R24_0000003727) in Minneapolis, Minnesota

Develop and execute content strategies (marketing, communication, and training) for Banking products and solutions within Wealth Management Solutions at Ameriprise Financial. This role will support efforts designed to increase awareness, understanding and sales of Banking Solutions with advisors, clients, and sales consulting groups. This role will also manage deposit product marketing campaigns to clients and advisors. Key Responsibilities Develop content strategies to increase awareness and drive growth of Banking Solutions. Create content to support investment products initiatives. Work with large cross-functional teams across the organization to ensure alignment and integration. Plans, writes, and implements content strategies and tactics that support integrated plans. Works individually or with a team to prepare marketing collateral, communications, sales literature, training materials, partner with creative agencies on content, etc. Serve as primary liaison with internal partners - legal, compliance, creative services, production services, product development, etc. Drive measurable program results. Track program participation and results and provide recommendations for improvements, execute approved recommendations quickly across the organization to ensure alignment and integration. Required Qualifications 5+ years' experience in investments or non-financial product Marketing, Communications and Training. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (4-years). Active FINRA Series 7 or the ability to obtain in 120 days. Preferred Qualifications Strong knowledge of Banking and/or financial products and services. Knowledge of design and email marketing automation tools (e.g., Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Creative Suite). Robust experience working with Microsoft Office products (e.g., PowerPoint, Word, Excel). Ability to think strategically with proven ability to work as a leader within teams to motivate collaboratively influence others. Strong, demonstrated writing skills - including content research and audience strategies. Exceptional marketing, communication, training, project management and organizational skills. Experience in leading acquisition campaigns. Experience in developing and implementing dynamic content strategies. Familiar with assessing campaign performance and using data to maximize results. Solution-focused and have ability to work independently. Ability to prioritize, coupled with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
