Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC Litigation Paralegal in Minneapolis, Minnesota
Beacon Hill Legal is looking for a Litigation Paralegal to join a national law firm in Minneapolis! This is a full-time permanent opportunity. This role has a flexible WFH schedule, with 1 day in-office! Responsibilities:
- Case Management on complex litigation cases in several states
- Preparing legal correspondence, pleadings, and discovery responses
- Summarizing and analyzing medical records
- Managing large document productions, exhibit and trial preparation
- Attendance at trial as needed
- Social media research
- Managing files and documents, coordinating with support services, opposing law firms, and courts
- Maintaining schedules and deadlines
- Other projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- Paralegal certificate or equivalent degree
- 5+ years of complex litigation experience
- Familiarity with litigation databases
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite Applications
- Ability to anticipate attorney needs
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Ability to travel as needed for trial
- Experience operating trial technology preferred
