Responsibilities * Programming, space planning, design of spaces and finishes, FF&E selection, documentation, editing specifications, producing deliverable drawing sets for finish plans, interior elevations, room finish schedules, furniture plans, and interior details. * Performs Revit modeling and detailing.Perform cross-discipline discussions and coordination with multidisciplinary teammates. * Conduct site investigations and observations. * Prepare narratives, design presentations, boards, drawing and specification documents in accordance with a high degree of quality, working within project schedule and budget constraints. * Performs construction administration. * Assisting with marketing/business development activities. * Occasional travel for project related activities relative to existing building assessments/investigations, client meetings, or construction jobsite observations may be required.
