This role will also act as the lead point of contact for all matters of the assigned accounts, which may include general inquiry, order fulfillment updates, development of new service level agreements, product rationalization discussions, etc. An individual in this role will act as liaison with internal cross-functional teams including National Sales, Customer Service, Business Development and Technology, Marketing, Operations, and more. Primary Roles: Customer Expert. Strive to understand the products, order patterns, and manufacturing requirements for all assigned customers. Customer Relationship Manager. Develop and grow relationships within accounts and maintain accurate list of active contacts across departments and levels, including executive, marketing, engineering, procurement, and plant operations. Territory Leader. This person will be the primary liaison between specified Customers/Accounts and Lube-Tech for the Inside Sales Territory. The Inside Sales Representative will lead timely responses and provide clear directions on the highest priority activities. Territory Project Manager. The Inside Sales Representative will identify, document, and evaluate customer objectives and present opportunities to Sales Leadership and Business Development Leadership. The Inside Sales Representative may manage multiple ongoing projects to meet annual account and territory goals. Other responsibilities and duties include: Actively builds rapport internally; cross-functional with all internal departments and communicates openly/effectively. Highly effective at qualifying over the phone, including validating customer produced opportunities. Actively communicates regarding inside sales metrics and YTD status versus those metrics. Reports on territory results and forward-looking projections. Establish customer pricing in a manner consistent with company guidelines. Assist with credit collections. Build skills through on-going industry and internal training opportunities. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (Minimum Qualifications): Education: Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience. Base Personality Type: Positive Attitude Ability to Think Strategically Exceptional Work Ethic Minimum Experience and/or Training: At least 3 years of work experience in inside sales or a sales function; preferably in the Petrochemical industry or a manufacturing environment. Proven strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills. High level of integrity and work ethic. Proven rack record selling technical products. Effective written and oral communication skills. Effective at Project Management. Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively. Licenses/Certificates: A valid driver's license.
