Join Heading Home Corps together, we can make an impact on homelessness! As a Housing Resource Navigator, you will help people overcome barriers and achieve their housing goals. You ll serve at a nonprofit organization or public agency that has a mission in housing advocacy, social services, and/or public assistance. Heading Home Corps provides you with valuable, hands-on experience and provides the training and professional development you need to be successful. You provide the compassion, dedication, and time that our communities need. Join our AmeriCorps team on a mission to help others secure safe and stable housing! We're actively seeking members for 2024-25 program year. Put your passion into action become a Housing Resource Navigator and be the difference! How You ll Take Action -Help individuals experiencing homelessness achieve their housing goals. -Assist clients in navigating social services resources, programs, and benefit systems. -Foster strong relationships to help clients build their confidence and skills. -Participate in ongoing training and professional development. -Gain hands-on experience in social services while embedded in a local organization. -Share your experience with the wider community as a Heading Home Corps ambassador.
