GENERAL FUNCTION The Billing & Customer Service Administrator is responsible for completing a variety of accounting tasks associated with our billing process to ensure accurate ADO monthly customer statements and to include customer service. Tasks include data entry, supplier payments, managing inbound customer payments, and month end activities. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Member Maintenance - set up new accounts, adds vendors to current accounts and assists in accounts deletions. Serves as Member- Vendor Liaison Maintain Member - Vendor Rosters and assist with ADO Rebates. Assist with monthly reports and excel projects Data entry into E1 system for customer invoicing and vendor payments Answer customer and vendor calls in a professional and timely manner. Investigate and resolve customer inquiries on merchandise, services, billing, and credit issues. Complete month-end responsibilities. Including reconciling data imported to vendor statements and sending out customer statements. Enter vendor payments and answer and resolve supplier inquiries. Complete administrative duties as necessary. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Position requires a two- or four-year degree or a minimum of three years of related accounting work, or an equivalent combination of education/ experience. Proficient with Window, Word & Excel along with excellent keyboarding and 10-key skills. Excellent customer service skills along with excellent written/oral communication. Ability to follow oral and written instructions and adhere to schedules and timelines. Must be able to manage a variety of duties. High level of attention to detail and accuracy. Strong analytical and investigative skills required. Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
