Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Front Desk Coordinator in the Real Estate & Property industry in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The selected candidate will perform various administrative duties, manage a multi-line phone system, and provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
• Handling administrative duties to ensure smooth operations within the office.
• Managing a multi-line phone system, directing calls to the appropriate parties and taking messages when necessary.
• Providing concierge services to clients and visitors, enhancing their overall experience.
• Delivering exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
• Accurately inputting data into the system and maintaining up-to-date records.
• Using interpersonal skills to interact professionally with clients, colleagues, and visitors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word to complete various tasks.
• Organizing and managing files for easy retrieval and record-keeping. Requirements • Proven experience in Administrative Assistance within the Real Estate & Property industry.
• Proficiency in answering and managing a Multi-Line Phone System.
• Capability to provide high-quality Concierge Services.
• Strong background in Customer Service, demonstrating excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Data Entry, with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
• Exceptional Interpersonal Skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff and clients.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation and reporting.
• Experience in using Microsoft Outlook for email communication, scheduling, and task management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, with the ability to create, edit, and format documents.
