Working in ourTechnical Field Services (TFS) division allows chemists to perform hands-on work and interact directly with our clients. We specialize in servicing instrumentation such as GC, GC/MS, LC, LC/MS, IC, and Dissolution. While the instrumentation is complex, TFS has an extensive training program for new employees, as well as ongoing training to maintain the capabilities of our service staff. Our TFS Specialists have multifaceted skill sets including: strong technical aptitude, customer service, and problem resolution techniques. Additionally, we have been providing service to customers for over 20 years, achieving steady growth and creating multiple advancement opportunities in MN, IL, IN, TX, and CA. Find your place at Pace Instrument Services Specialists are responsible for providing technical solutions and an advanced level of instrument support services to customers of TFS, including external clients, laboratory chemists within the Pace lab system, and departmental coworkers.They also provide our customers with a variety of support services associated with their analytical instrumentation.These services include routine maintenance, operational and performance testing, hardware and software troubleshooting, instrument repair, and personnel training.
