Position Description:
This is an onsite position in our Minneapolis, MN office. Remote work is not acceptable for this role.
CGI is seeking an accomplished Fenergo Technical Analyst to drive the design, development, and optimization of Fenergo’s Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform within a major financial institution. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on complex client onboarding and KYC processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while enhancing the client journey. As part of a collaborative, cross-functional team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing innovative solutions within Fenergo's technology ecosystem.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
- Platform Implementation and Optimization
o Lead configuration and customization efforts for Fenergo CLM, ensuring alignment with client-specific KYC requirements and onboarding workflows.
o Optimize Fenergo functionalities through automation and system integration with third-party applications (e.g., MDM, Salesforce), delivering scalable and efficient solutions.
- Technical Development and Support
o Utilize Java and .NET development expertise to enhance Fenergo's capabilities, working within an agile development environment.
o Troubleshoot technical issues within the platform, deploying enhancements that improve reliability and user experience.
- Data Management and Integration
o Facilitate seamless data integration across systems, maintaining high data quality standards and supporting post-trade feed flows and other operational data processes.
o Ensure compliance with data governance policies and regulatory frameworks impacting KYC and AML processes.
- Stakeholder Collaboration and Project Management
o Partner with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather and translate technical requirements into actionable solutions.
o Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to meet business objectives and regulatory deadlines.
- Process Improvement and Automation
o Implement process automation tools, such as RPA, to streamline repetitive tasks within Fenergo’s workflows.
o Continuously analyze system performance, recommending enhancements to optimize client onboarding and lifecycle management.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related IT field
• Fenergo Expertise: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Fenergo CLM, including configuration, implementation, and process optimization.
• Java/.NET Development: Proficiency in Java and .NET for customizing and enhancing platform functionalities.
• Banking and Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of KYC, AML, and regulatory requirements in the financial sector.
• Integration and Automation: Proven experience with third-party integrations, particularly with MDM and Salesforce, and familiarity with RPA tools like UIPath.
Preferred Competencies
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze system performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills for engaging with internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Project Management Skills: Strong organizational skills, including experience managing project timelines and deliverables.
Education
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $85,800- $185,800.
