Part-Time position (up to 30 hours/week): Monday through Friday

Job Duties:
Work closely with the Executive Team to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments, responsibilities and events
Act as a liaison and provide support to the Board of Directors, Shareholders and Bachman Family Limited Partnership (BFLP). Arrange and handle all logistics for board meetings, shareholder meetings and partnership meetings.
Perform a broad variety of administrative tasks for the Executive Team such as assisting with special projects; designing and producing complex documents, reports and presentations; collecting and preparing information for meetings; organizing and maintaining Executive office files, documents and paraphernalia; maintaining contact lists; making travel arrangements.
Coordinate all Executive Team meetings, set-up, and assist with staff meetings and events as needed.
Manage the Executive Office activities such as replenishing office materials, providing hospitality to all guests and help create a welcoming environment, answer main phone line and respond to inquiries, and process and distribute mail daily.
Manage Executive calendar and publish weekly meeting invites for Executive team.
Serve as a liaison for Bachman family members
Develop and implement policies and procedures for communicating on behalf of the Bachman’s in a way that represents the brand and core values.
Drafting emails, memos and other communications regarding company news, responses and initiatives
Assist with any customer issues directing their concerns to the Executive Office, ensuring resolutions are satisfactory to both the customers and the Company.
Supervise content for all pages and continually refresh employee portal content for relevancy.
Assist with Executive communications ensuring they are within brand .
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Marketing and/or Communications.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
Superlative communication skills in all forms.
Excellent strategic organizational, planning and coordination skills.
Possesses a sense of urgency; is self-motivated with impeccable attention to detail.
Ability to use tact and professionalism serving as a corporate liaison to the public and team members, including in times of extreme stress.
Ability to portray the positive Company image and brand in all relationships, projects and communications.
Ability to think creatively.
Ability to take a proactive approach in resolving problems and issues.
Ability to maintain confidentiality in matters discussed and written within the Executive Office and elsewhere.
Ability to create, implement, and apply a budget.
