The firm will consider candidates with a minimum book of business valued at $250,000. The firm offers a uniquely autonomous culture where hours billed and rates are really up to each individual. The firm supports clients with transactional needs and has experts in: Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Governance, Outside General Counsel, Real Estate, Intellectual Property.

Requirements
• Must have a Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
• Active member of the State Bar in good standing.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an attorney, preferably in the areas of Estate Planning and Business succession planning.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
