Job Description
The Assembler will rotate between various lines including fingertip, hand-held, tabletop, kit build, and regional. The role involves performing tap soldering and snap assembly of medical devices, ensuring compliance with detailed assembly instructions, processes, and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
Perform tap soldering and snap assembly of medical devices.
Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures.
Comply with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements
Complete all administrative functions related to business or regulatory requirements.
Report problems with quality, processes, equipment, and materials to management.
Provide hands-on job function training to coworkers as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions.
Occasionally perform assembly on other lines as needed.
Essential Skills
Experience with soldering, including the ability to solder under a magnifying glass on small parts.
Experience in medical device assembly and electronic assembly.
High attention to detail.
Good written and oral communication skills.
Ability to frequently sit, stand, reach within hands and arm’s length, stoop, kneel, and crouch.
Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
Specific vision requirements include close vision and color vision.
Ability to read and comprehend procedures written in English.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00
