Job Description: Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Director of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) to join our team in Minneapolis! This individual will play a key role in the ongoing development and leadership of the Corporate FP&A team.Reporting to the Vice President of Accounting, this person will oversee a team responsible for the planning, budgeting, and forecasting and be a strategic business partner to leadership by providing business and analytical support related to on-going business results, long-term business planning, scenario planning, and sensitivity analysis. You will also collaborate with multiple levels of cross-function leadership by providing strategic support and guidance striving towards Executive Leadership's vision. Some things you can expect to do: Develop and maintain a high performing FP&A team as the Company continues to scale. Serve as a strategic business partner to executive, regional, sector and service line leaders to assist them with understanding drivers and trends in their business, identify and develop growth opportunities, and ensure functional goals align with overall company objectives. Lead forecasting and budgeting processes through close collaboration with regional, sector and service line leaders. Design, develop, implement, and improve processes & systems related to budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis. Create, evolve and refine business metrics and reporting providing insightful information to leadership and design dashboards to provide transparency on important KPI's. Oversee consolidation of monthly projections, long-term planning, Board and Executive Committee presentations, variance & trend analysis, performance tools, KPI reporting and data integrity. Analyze and monitor forecasted financial results against financial targets and communicate robust financial insights, interpretations, risks and opportunities to stakeholders, including divisional Finance leaders, and senior leaders that is timely, dependable and supports decision making. Cultivate, sustain, and spearhead the use of reporting tools to expand the breadth and depth of operational reporting to improve visibility to Leadership to support strategic and tactical decision making and to streamline current reporting processes. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance and/or Accounting required MBA and/or CPA preferred (or similar equivalent) 10+ years related experience and strong leader You will really stand out if you have: Previous experience in leading a high performing FP&A team. Demonstrated ability to establish and improve processes and organizational design. Ability to comprehend, interpret, influence, and communicate with all key stakeholders. Initiative-taking, independent, self-starter and willing to take on multiple responsibilities at once. Executive presence, strong communication skills relative to explanation of details and concepts. Ability to influence decision making. Ability to provide mentorship and be an effective coach. Eligibility: Positions require verification of employment eligibility to work in the U.S. Compensation: The annual base pay is $152,900 - $191,100. The base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission and/or an incentive program.
