Role Description:

The successful candidate will be pivotal in generating new business opportunities through lead generation and business development efforts. This includes utilizing cold calling, email marketing, and other strategies to identify, qualify, and track leads, with the goal of securing initial meetings to present the value of Managed IT Services to potential clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage potential Managed IT Services customers through research, cold calling, networking, referrals, targeted email campaigns, and social media.

  • Craft and implement sales strategies to qualify leads and secure first-time appointments.

  • Efficiently manage the sales pipeline, leveraging CRM tools to monitor lead generation, qualification, and prospecting activities.

  • Work collaboratively with the marketing and service teams to drive demand and strategize on service offerings.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a preference for those with a background in outbound B2B sales.

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

responsibilities:

What you will do:

  • Identify, target, and qualify potential Managed IT Services customers through research, cold-calling, networking events, referrals, targeted email campaigns, and social media to build and maintain a robust pipeline of new business leads and opportunities.

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to engage and qualify leads and secure first-time appointments with our team of Sales Evangelists.

  • Track and manage the sales pipeline, including lead generation and qualification, prospecting activities, and opportunity qualification. Utilize CRM tools and sales methodologies to effectively manage sales cycles and meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and Managed IT Services teams to develop strategies and generate demand for Managed IT Services.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the Managed IT Services space.
