Humana Data Manager 2 - Digital Analytics & Insights in Minneapolis, Minnesota
The Data Manager 2 is part of the Digital Analytics and Insights (DA&I) team at Humana. This team provides reporting and analysis for all of Humana’s digital properties, targeting various audiences that include prospects, members, providers, employers, and agents/brokers. The Data Manager 2 will be responsible for implementation and maintenance of digital metrics capabilities that capture data about user interactions on Humana's web sites.
The Data Manager 2 supports implementation of digital metrics capabilities across Humana's web sites. Specifically, the Digital Analytics and Insights Data Manager 2 will be responsible for:
Taking the lead on digital metrics projects that require technical implementation (establishing new data capture and/or new data structures / data feeds)
Maintaining existing digital metrics implementations and platforms
Working with other Digital Analytics and Insights team members to understand a project’s metrics requirements
Learning to implement new digital metrics technologies as they become available
Understanding Humana’s digital data and its’ nuances
Working knowledge of ad-hoc query tools and data repositories that support data extraction and manipulation
Ability to connect the dots between reporting requirements, and the database structure(s) needed to support that reporting in an optimized manner
Must be extremely detail oriented, with excellent organization skills and extensive attention to detail and accuracy
Familiarity / experience with scripting languages like Python
Experience building and maintaining analytic data sets and, preferably, experience with large data sets and health-care data
Implementation experience with web analytics platforms (Coremetrics, Adobe, Google Analytics, Webtrends)
Experience with analytics tag management systems (Ensighten, Tealium, Google Analytics Tag Manager, IBM Digital Data Exchange, Adobe DTM)
Experience with building database queries (SQL, etc.) and APIs
Intermediate to advanced experience in programming, analytical work, research and/or statistics
