Job Summary The Customer Success Engineer works cross-functionally with our Sales, Account Management, Product, Marketing, and Integration teams to accelerate the post-sales adoption and utilization of Surescripts products/services, and ensure a positive customer experience. The individual in this role is responsible for maintaining strategic partnerships with customers to align objectives and drive to adoption and utilization targets for an assigned portfolio of customers/products. Responsibilities Work collaboratively with Sales, Product, Account Management, Marketing, and Integration to ensure seamless customer onboarding and deployment. Develop strategic adoption plans for assigned customer engagements that align Surescripts business goals and the customer's goals. Partner with the customer throughout the execution of adoption plans; influence strategy and product priorities to drive adoption and utilization of Surescripts products/services. Coordinate internal knowledge transfer and activation planning across market segments and products. Accumulate market intelligence in assigned products and market segments to contribute to strategies and tactical plans for accelerating growth of the Surescripts network. Provide customer and market insights to Surescripts leadership and teams. Assist in maintaining best practices to train and service customers and end users. Responsible for key customer success metrics, including adoption and utilization targets, for assigned products/markets. Proactively identify trends in customer data through Excel and Tableau that contributes to creative solutions to satisfy data/analysis needs. Manage multiple engagements that will be running simultaneously. Execute plan(s) and achieve identified objectives. Provide support in developing, maintaining and implementing, activation collateral for multiple Surescripts products with the support of appropriate teams. QualificationsBasic Requirements: Bachelor degree or equivalent experience 5 years of experience in related, progressive roles 5 + years of experience in healthcare and market and/or product knowledge of networks and clinical interoperability Prior experience managing and providing insights with large amounts of data 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) D
