Description
We are seeking a motivated customer service representative to work at a rapidly growing medical device company! An ideal candidate is someone who is eager to learn and wanting to grow within an organization.
Requirements
Fielding between 20 and 40 calls from patients and case managers
Inputting orders in our order system
Conducting follow-up on orders that may be held up
Review fee schedules to confirm benefit eligibility
Submitting and processing authorizations to insurance companies
