Job Title: CNC Lathe Machinist

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Machinist for our 2nd shift who is proficient in full machine set-ups in a dynamic job shop environment. The role involves troubleshooting machines, reading complex prints, and setting machines to maintain precise tolerances of +/- 0.0002. You will work with a variety of materials including stainless steel, aluminum, Inconel, titanium, and brass. Experience with live tooling and familiarity with dual spindle twin turret lathes is highly advantageous. Expect to perform an average of one setup per shift, with variability depending on the complexity and duration of the job. You may handle anywhere from 100 to 5,000 parts.

Hard Skills

  • Setting up and operating CNC lathes, especially those with twin-turret

  • Editing programs at the machine

  • Handling small-sized parts

Job Type

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
