Avivo Chemical Health Professional LADC - Outpatient Treatment in Minneapolis, Minnesota

REQUIREMENTS: You are one of the licensed professionals below (and must be in compliance with he appropriate licensing board): o Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) -- OR o Dually Licensed: Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) and Licensed Mental Health Professional (LICSW, LP, LMFT, and LPCC). (Strongly desired.) Two-plus years experience in a behavioral health care setting. Training and experience in individual counseling and group facilitation; experience in Rule 245G services, a plus. Trauma-informed care training or experience is ideal. Experience working with an Electronic Health Record; Procentive experience, preferred. Strong organization and time management skills. Ability to be an effective team member and work with referral sources. Experience working with diverse, underserved populations and delivering culturally-responsive services. Embody or live out Avivo s core values of respect, excellence, accountability, innovation, diversity, and inclusivity. Two years or more living free from substance abuse problems.
