Your Opportunity: The Occasion's Group, one of Taylor Corporation's companies, is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support multiple locations remotely! Your Responsibilities: * Work with business leaders and company employees to gather and define business and functional requirements. * Creation of detailed specifications which align business and customer needs with accounting and production capabilities. * Offer additional insight to companies to help them see fuller scope of project. * Work with technical leaders to define project tasks and establish project schedule. * Evaluate and determine business value of impending project. * Assist project team in defining overall project goals, how to achieve them and maintain project schedule. * Responsible for managing, creating and executing test cases and scenarios. * Ensure project results are being achieved - test and make sure project requirements have been met. * Communicate project status to I.T. and business leaders. * Follow-up with successes and failures of the project for continuously improve. Maintain an awareness of corporate technology and other initiatives in order to meld with corporate direction and utilize other resources/solutions that are already available. * Be aware of technology and features that customers and end users are requesting and pass them on to IT leaders and team. You Must Have: * 2+ years experience in the IT field. * Microsoft Office experience. * Attention to technical detail, organization, and initiative. * Strong business acumen and analytical skills. * Knowledgeable in designing and constructing business processes and their links to technology. * Ability to understand and communicate complex business processes. * Ability to work with a diverse group of people in a remote, fast-paced environment * Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) - ability to communicate technical information to non-technical people. * Energetic, self-motivated and deadline-driven team player who is not afraid to present new ideas. Seeks a position where the team will be highly productive but have fun doing it. Desires to be on a team that promotes respect and wins in the marketplace. We Would Also Prefer: * Associate or Bachelor's degree in computer science, project management or related field. * Solid understanding of databases. * Previous experience in working in ERP systems and/or printing industry helpful.
