About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant to join the Chief Administrative Office (CAO) team. The CAO oversees department wide business management and administration, strategy and planning, communications, emerging risk, reporting, and regulatory relations in support of the chief auditor.
In this role, you will:
Partner with IA's Chief Administrative Officer and the CAO leadership team to deliver on key department wide priorities
Support IA's Chief Administrative Officer in the oversight of IA's operations
Present proposals to senior audit leadership and solicit feedback to inform key strategic initiatives
Communicate with audit senior leadership team on a regular basis
Assist in the design, supervision and management of key priorities for the division
Develop and maintain solid business relationships at all levels of the organization.
Communicate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and identify enhancement opportunities.
Provide guidance and expertise to global CAO team in the execution of their work
May be considered for a discretionary bonus, Restricted Share Rights, or other long-term incentive awards.
Required Qualifications, US:
- 7+ years of Management Consulting, Strategy Consulting, or Business Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritizing skills.
Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand environment while balancing multiple priorities
Experience in a financial institution or accounting firm.
Solid knowledge and understanding of audit and risk methodologies and supporting tools.
Understanding of financial regulatory environment.
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels.
A BS/BA degree or higher.
Job Expectations:
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
Hybrid work schedule. Must be able to work in one of the approved job posting locations 3 days in office & 2 days remote.

Pay Range
$138,500.00 - $287,600.00 Annual
