This role will partner with the Sales Leadership and Sales Operations teams to identify and streamline sales processes and administration, such as analysis on pricing metrics, territory and market segmentation, and sales activity as well as assist with forecasting and incentive compensation analysis. Day to Day Partner with the Sales Leadership and Sales Operations teams to identify and streamline sales processes and administration, such as analysis on pricing metrics, territory and market segmentation, and sales activity as well as assist with forecasting and incentive compensation analysis. This might include salesforce administration, pricing, analysis, territory, market segmentation and overall sales activity support. An ability to understand sales process issues and communicate solutions to the internal teams is essential to the success in this role. Specific responsibilities include: * Create reports based on value-add inputs and KPIs to track and generate ad-hoc reports per stakeholder requests * Suggest and develop metrics indicative to sales processes * Demonstrate a continuous ability to work with sensitive and confidential information * Serve as an additional flex resource to Sales Operations teams to manage high volumes Required Skills * Bachelor's degree or combination of equivalent education and relevant experience * Demonstrated analytical experience * Proven competence with Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) * Clear, concise, and confident communicator (verbal, non-verbal, written) * Aptitude to learn data analysis and sales processes * Proven skills performing thorough, quantitative, or qualitative analysis using applicable technology tools * Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Preferred Experience * Experience with Salesforce.com SPS Commerce offers a comprehensive package of benefits including health, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, paid time-off, 401(k), health and flexible spending accounts, stock purchase plan and more.
