The Big Picture: Mortenson is currently seeking an Associate Risk Program Analyst to provide administration of Mortenson's trade partner prequalification program, and assistance in the administration of Mortenson's subcontractor default insurance program. Responsibilities What will you be doing? Administration of Mortenson's trade partner prequalification program: Provide overall guidance to operating groups on prequalification program; drive and influence trade partner decisions by providing metrics and analysis Regularly process and analyze trade partner financial qualification submissions Communicate with trade partners to ensure proper qualification submittals Communicate qualification status and results through proper channels Assist operating groups with determining appropriate trade partners for projects Use independent judgment to provide financial feedback about trade partners to group leadership to ultimately influence business decisions Partner with Finance and Accounting to review qualifications as necessary Provide insights on analytics, identify red flags or areas needing additional information Develop and implement corporate policies and procedures relative to Mortenson's trade partner prequalification program. Perform basic accounting functions: Review and understand key components of trade partner financial statements Verify and reconcile balance sheet and income statement qualification entries submitted by trade partners Calculate key financial metrics established by Mortenson for evaluation of trade partner financial status Assist in administration of Mortenson's subcontractor default insurance program. Other duties or special projects as assigned. How will you succeed?
