Appointment will be 100% time over the 9-month academic year (late-August to late-May) with a 2/2 course load at the rank of tenure-track assistant professor, depending on qualifications and experience, and consistent with collegiate and University policy. Evidence of high quality, innovative research and teaching of literature, cultural materials/ media produced in English at any time after the turn of the 20th century through the present day. Primary expertise must be in one or several of the following areas: colonialism and its afterlives; postcolonialism; decolonialization; migration; transnational or transcontinental/ hemispheric studies.
