Work you'll do
The Senior Consultant is a key contributor in providing data and analytics solutions to our clients, and you will have following roles:
Designing and implementing solutions to various data related challenges such as data strategy, data governance, data quality, data risks & controls, data testing, master data management, and data architecture
Applying business / domain knowledge including regulatory requirements and industry standards to solve complex data related challenges
Working with clients to understand their challenges and requirements
Analyzing data to uncover trends and generate insights that can inform business decisions
Presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, impactful manner
Facilitating change management processes to ensure smooth adaptation of new processes / data practices

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field
4+ years of experience in data management, data governance, data analytics
Knowledge of tools in the following areas:
Data Management (e.g., Informatica, Collibra, SAP, Oracle, or IBM)
Scripting or Programming (e.g., SQl, Python, R)
Data Visualization (e.g., Tableau or PowerBI)
Cloud Platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
Experience in:
Managing data related projects
Developing and executing data governance frameworks or operating models
Identifying data risks and designing and/or implementing appropriate controls
Implementation of data quality process
Designing and implementing master data management (MDM) systems
Analyzing complex data sets & communicating findings effectively
Proven track record of effective communication (written and verbal) and complex problem solving in fast paced environments
Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science or a related field OR MBA
Experience implementing large-scale data initiatives
Experience with financial services industry rules and regulations
Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP), or similar credentials

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $118,718 to $197,863.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
