Job Summary Position is responsible for the overall plant administrative functions covering a combination of some or all of the following: office management, human resources, scheduling, time-keeping and/or billing; may serve as support to plant office staff. Essential Functions Performs a variety of office administrative functions, such as preparing reports/documentation, processing mail, and filing. Aids in coordination of plant communications. May be responsible for updating & maintaining production training records and plant audit dates. May assist Quality by managing documentation, samples and advanced shipping notices. May assist HR Manager with proper documentation for new hires and/or employee transaction forms. May assist Plant Management with time-keeping and attendance tracking. Provides general administrative support to plant. May provide lead direction to other staff in the performance of plant administrative responsibilities Ordering and organizing of plant supplies. Planner of site activities (community volunteer opportunities, celebrations, vending, travel) Coordinator of site meetings. Other duties as assigned. Education and Experience High School Diploma or GED Manufacturing - Manufacturing Operations Administration - Office Administration - Office Equipment Cross Functional - Manufacturing Industry Environmental, Health, Safety, & Security (EHS&S) Requirements Avient integrates EHS&S into all aspects of our operations.
