Description

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a SPANISH BILINGUAL Success Coach. The role is centered around guiding employees in their academic journey, facilitating their transition into chosen educational programs, and providing necessary resources for academic success.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with program advisors to facilitate a seamless transition for employees into their chosen education program.

• Communicate frequently with employees throughout their academic journey using various outbound communication tools.

• Aid employees in setting, managing, and achieving their academic goals while developing effective study habits and time management skills.

• Guide employees in navigating academic challenges and connect them with relevant resources such as tutoring services or academic support programs.

• Monitor student progress, providing feedback on performance, and identifying areas for improvement.

• Keep track of key milestones and deadlines, proactively providing reminders and helping employees stay aligned with their education plan.

• Regularly conduct check-ins and progress reviews to assess progress and celebrate achievements.

• Develop and deliver workshops and resources on academic success, study skills, and time management.

• Maintain positive relationships with employees and educational institutions.

• Use computer programs, CRM, Salesforce

Requirements

• Candidate MUST be bilingual in SPANISH

• Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in Academic Advising or a related field.

• Proficiency in Computer Programs and CRM is essential.

• Ability to handle and effectively respond to inbound calls.

• Proven experience in assisting customers and addressing their queries.

• Knowledge of benefit functions and ability to explain these to students.

• Experience in billing functions, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.

• Demonstrates high level of empathy and understanding while advising students.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding student records.

• A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
