Part-Time Administrative Assistant

The Opportunity

FCA is excited to announce an opportunity for the position of Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our THRIVE Recovery Center. THRIVE is a facility dedicated to providing support and resources to individuals in recovery and their family members.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor front desk procedures and ensure participants and guests complete necessary sign-in process for data collection purposes.

  • Compile monthly statistics for THRIVE groups and visitors.

  • Data entry for all monthly reports.

  • Collaborate with Front desk volunteers to ensure accuracy and consistency with front desk procedures.

  • Perform other tasks as may be assigned.

Qualifications

  • HSD or GED required

  • Knowledge of data collection and entry

  • Knowledge or office procedures

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, and Outlook)

Additional Information

  • $19.21/hr

  • Schedule: Part Time 19 hours per week, Tues-Fri 4pm-8pm, Saturday 3pm-6pm

  • Location: West Hampton Beach
