Administrative Support Specialist
FCA is excited to announce an opportunity for the position of Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our THRIVE Recovery Center. THRIVE is a facility dedicated to providing support and resources to individuals in recovery and their family members.
Responsibilities
Monitor front desk procedures and ensure participants and guests complete necessary sign-in process for data collection purposes.
Compile monthly statistics for THRIVE groups and visitors.
Data entry for all monthly reports.
Collaborate with Front desk volunteers to ensure accuracy and consistency with front desk procedures.
Perform other tasks as may be assigned.
Qualifications
HSD or GED required
Knowledge of data collection and entry
Knowledge or office procedures
Excellent organizational skills
Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Additional Information
$19.21 hr
Schedule: Part Time 19 hours per week, Tues-Fri 12-4pm, Saturday 12-3pm
Location: West Hampton Beach
