BMO Financial Group Trust Specialist in Milwaukee, Wisconsin
The Trust Specialist is responsible for supporting large relationships/accounts managed by a senior level Trust Administrator and effectively interacts with other assigned.
Under the guidance of the Fiduciary Administrator, responsible for the management of assigned customers accounts.
Ensure understanding of overall objectives and requirements
Review with the Fiduciary Administrator the list of assets in order to determine if any risk management issues exist.
Oversee and/or coordinate the execution of account transactions, working directly with internal and external partners as needed.
Oversee the appropriate set-up and administration of assigned accounts
Ensure that accounts are funded as appropriate
Ensure administration schedule is set and maintained
Responds to questions and concerns in a helpful and responsive manner.
Develop a working rapport with professionals within and outside Trust
Responsible for client contact
Work closely with other front office staff and sales team
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
Bachelor’s degree with 2 -5 years of applicable experience.
Basic knowledge of Personal Trust Administration processes and procedures.
Basic knowledge of Trust Tax, Trust Accounting and Investment Management
Operational and/or systems knowledge or experience is a plus
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Willingness to work extra hours as needed. Evening hours may be required with little notice.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
