Position Summary Under the supervision of department leadership, the Facilities Technician II role is responsible for the general maintenance of Versiti equipment, building and grounds. Ensuring that the facilities and equipment are clean, well-functioning and orderly. This position is expected to fulfill any service request in a timely manner acting independently to analyze problems and implement solutions while actively working with the Facilities team and internal customers Facilities Technician II will be expected to provide insight into projects as the subject matter expert and operate as the lead project manager when assigned. Responsibilities * Performs a variety of hands-on repair and maintenance work in the following areas: buildings, grounds, equipment and environmental safety. * Reviews, understands, and acts accordingly with Versiti policies, equipment guidelines and SOP\'s prior to completing tasks. Actively demonstrates the Versiti core values as well as holding others accountable to them. * Uses discretion and professionalism working in and around donors, visitors, and employees to complete work in a timely manner and minimize disruptions to operations.
