JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position Overview: The Philosophy Department is hiring a full-time teaching assistant professor for 2024-25 academic year to teach Philosophy 1001 (Foundations in Philosophy) and other Marquette Core Curriculum courses as assigned. Duties and Responsibilities: The successful candidate(s) will have full responsibility for the sections they are teaching, including course and syllabus preparation, grading exams and papers. Must maintain a minimum of three office hours per week.
