Job Overview We have a newly created opportunity for a Sr. Technical SAP Business Analyst to join our global IT team. This role is working onsite and can be based at our headquarters in Milwaukee, WI or Chicago, IL (near O\'Hare). In this role you will have responsibility for the design, implementation and improvement of the SAP ECC, S4 Hana and EWM systems related to Warehouse and Logistics, for identified business units. Key Job Responsibilities Analyze as is business processes, document to be business processes and complete Business Process Procedure documents as part of the blueprint process Write and execute unit and integration test scripts as well as perform regression testing for any enhancements affecting global objects Create training material related to warehouse and logistics business processes and provide training as part of a deployment project Write a functional specification document to provide to developer for changes to SAP Complete configuration in SAP ECC, S4 Hana or EWM and test new configuration Perform research online as needed to provide solutions to technical issues in SAP and warehouse or logistic applications Complete analysis of functionality available to meet business requirements or to propose process improvements Attend meetings, conference calls and Teams meetings for project rollouts and enhancements Communicate with peers on cross functional activities related to project rollouts and enhancements Perform data mapping exercise and execute data migration programs Work with external consultants to be sure we follow current business processes and to make sure there is documentation of work done by the consultants so we can provide support going forward Serve as project manager and provide leadership, mentorship, and support to team members Qualifications/Requirements Bachelor\'s Degree required with an emphasis in IS, IT, professional...
