Job Summary This role is primarily responsible for assisting the Manager, Network Development with the management and administration of the dealer network in the U.S. market with a focus on optimizing the dealer network and implementing the Harley-Davidson Hardwire strategy and related initiatives. The work will support the review process of buy/sell transactions, including a focus on turning over underperforming dealers; evaluating new prospective dealer operators and developing a strategy to attain additional new-to-brand prospects; reviewing market actions by dealers, including new dealer locations, relocations, facility projects, and consolidations; and assisting with contract/policy compliance by dealers and enforcement procedures. This work will be guided by and in line with Harley-Davidson\'s overall network plan and strategy for the United States. This person will work with the other members of the Dealer Network Development team along with the U.S. Sales/Dealer Support representatives and management to assist with the overall management of the Harley-Davidson dealer network, with a focus on optimizing the dealer network and growing sales in the United States.
