Deliver post-sale implementation of voice and data communications systems. Perform specific system configuration, programming, optimization, testing, and documentation tasks. Work directly with other System Technologists, Technical Support, Product Groups, and/or others to characterize system defects during system implementation and, on occasion, during the maintenance phase. Team with Engineering, Project Management and Sales personnel to effectively maintain, optimize and support advanced communication systems which meet or exceed customer expectations. Responsibilities include the optimization, support, maintenance, testing and documentation of complex communications systems.
