What we need: Brady Corp is seeking a Sr. Engineering Technician. We are looking for someone eager to learn our printer systems and grow in their technical knowledge. You will work with the testing team and a variety of technical leaders to develop and execute test plans and document results. Testing scope can vary from print quality optimization to hardware life testing. Candidates should have strong communication skills and look forward to working cross-functionally. What you\'ll be doing: Create and execute test plans to validate that new product development and sustaining engineering programs meet product requirements. Execute test strategies to ensure quality, functionality and performance of printers and materials. Work hand-in-hand with R&D, factory, and marketing teams to develop cost-effective test strategies and test plans to mitigate risks. Work together with product teams as needed to resolve issues in an efficient manner to support product launch plans.
