DIRECT SUPPLY Sourcing Manager in MILWAUKEE, Wisconsin

In the Sourcing Manager position, you\'ll work closely with internal stakeholders to develop a strategic supply chain plan for major programs and lead cross-functional project teams and programs to support business objectives. Using a data-driven approach, you\'ll be responsible for building capabilities and sustainable relationships and ensuring business continuity and service fulfillment excellence with some of the largest and most strategic suppliers. What You\'ll Do & Impact: Own supply chain for both strategic and complex suppliers, covering: cost, quality, fulfillment, contract negotiation and execution, and lifecycle management. Develop and leverage relationships up to and including at the supplier\'s Senior Management level.
