This position actively troubleshoots and provides support to staff. This position also strives to maintain and improve the quality of our IT services by installing and upgrading our systems. This position reports to the Information Technology Operations Manager. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Administer, configure, and maintain the Business Central platform to meet business needs Ensure the effective integration of Business Central with other systems and platforms Monitor platform licensing and perform regular audits Occasional travel may be required for short-term assignments. Perform system upgrades and patches, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Develop and maintain Business Central workflows, forms, and scheduled jobs. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement Business Central solutions that align with business objectives. Third Party software integrations Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality. Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other IT staff. Stay updated with the latest Business Central features, best practices, and industry trends. Participating in an after-hours support On Call rotation Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance events when needed, including occurrences outside of normal business hours. Perform routine audits of systems and software and prepare reports based on the results of the audits. Follow department processes and workflows. Schedule and work with outside vendors and contractors, assign tasks, and track their time. Supports technical personnel on issues related to IT functions.
