PHILLIPS MEDICAL Sales Distribution Manager in MILWAUKEE, Wisconsin

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Your Job Molex, LLC is seeking a Regional Distribution Sales Manager that will support and grow the Molex distribution sales channel within the region. This person would be the primary interface for Branch Managers, Product Managers, and sales personnel for Molex\'s key distributors. The RDSM will be responsible for demand creation, market specific initiatives, product training, inventory requirements, promotions, quotation support and coordination of quarterly business reviews. The primary territory scope for this role will be Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Minnesota. What You Will Do Create, track, and follow up with Molex and Distributor personnel on demand creation focus account distributor programs. Coordinate and implement sales incentives and promotions for regional distribution business. Ensure SDAM role is fully entrenched in all markets and generating opportunities. Plan and conduct regular distribution product trainings. Quote activity and follow up. Quarterly Business reviews with focus distributors. Assist with the Molex Distributor Registration program. Maintain a regular call frequency at all regional core distributors that drives more Molex mindshare within the branches. Understand, support and contribute to the Molex/Koch culture (Principle Based Management) as well as the current Molex Total Quality Management (TQM), Six Sigma, International Standards Organization (ISO) and Environmental, and/or Health and Safety (EH&S) Management Systems by following stated policies and procedures. Perform other related duties as assigned by management. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Experience in an outside sales role in the electronics industry or like-field Excellent interpersonal skills to work well with team and customers with an ability to influence customer decisions. Excellent written and verbal skills to effectively communicate and also to engage customers\' attention. Able to organize and prioritize own workload and handle multiple tasks. Intermediate knowledge level of Microsoft Office applications. Live in Canada with an ability to travel into branch locations within the territory to drive mindshare. What Will Put You Ahead Direct experience working with distributor partners, and/or product management or marketing experience.
