Closing Date: March 14th, 2024 or upon receipt of 50 applicant submissions Quality Assurance Specialist - Birth to 3 Children, Youth, and Family Services Hourly Range: \$24.35 - \$30.99 per hour Job Summary: Under general direction of the Quality Strategy Coordinator, the Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist will collaborate with internal and external staff from the Children\'s Disability Birth to 3 and Children\'s Long-Term Support (CLTS) waiver program to ensure high quality, equitable services, and programs are provided across both programs. This position will also assist in the development and facilitation of CLTS protocol, policy & procedures. The QA Specialist is responsible of engaging in data collection efforts, audits, complaint resolution, ongoing quality assurance and improvements as well as work across Children, Youth, and Family Services (CYFS) to ensure alignment and consistency in all program operations.
