Open to qualified candidates within the United States. WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW: The Quality Assurance & Compliance, Consultant (\"Consultant\") reports to QAC\'s Vice President, Training Services\' Quality Assurance & Compliance department (\"QAC\"). The Consultant investigates, analyzes, reports on, and resolves or escalates cases assigned to them from the date of case assignment through the date the case is closed. These cases are related to the delivery, marketing, sale, use and reporting of Red Cross courses, course materials, classes, and Class Posting Service. The Consultant is also responsible for protecting the quality and integrity of the Red Cross\'s training programs (which are developed, marketed, managed, and administered through Training Services) and the use of Red Cross intellectual property-all pursuant to applicable...
