Job Title: Project Specialist
Job Description
The Project Specialist II provides essential support to the Project Manager and Project Architect in the production of construction documents and drawings. This role requires interaction and direction on project-related issues from both the Project Manager and the Project Architect within specific projects. The primary design software used in this position is Revit.
Responsibilities
Support the Project Manager and Project Architect in the production of construction documents and drawings.
Utilize Revit as the primary design software.
Take direction on project-related issues from the Project Manager and Project Architect.
Assist in the creation and assembly of construction documents.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in Revit design software.
Experience with commercial projects.
Ability to create and assemble construction documents.
Understanding of commercial building and construction codes.
Experience with AutoCAD.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a related field.
1-2+ years of Revit design experience.
1-2+ years of experience in commercial projects.
1-2+ years of experience creating and assembling construction documents.
At least 1 year of experience with AutoCAD.
Work Environment
This position is based in an office setting, working at a computer alongside architects and designers. The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week. The team primarily works on education, long-term ( senior living), and healthcare projects, although they have experience with many other types of projects.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.44 - $28.85
