ManpowerGroup Project Manager, Technology Implementations - Remote in Milwaukee, Wisconsin

We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager specializing in Technology Implementations to lead and manage the deployment of technology systems across various projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of project management methodologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proven track record of successful technology system implementations.

This is a freelance W2 Contract position that will work fully remote and as projects arise. Hours per week will vary based on project scope.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.

  • Oversee the end-to-end implementation of technology projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project objectives, and establish project priorities.

  • Facilitate effective communication among project team members, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure clarity and consensus.

Risk Management:

  • Identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.

  • Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project success and timely delivery.

Technology Implementation:

  • Lead the deployment of technology solutions, ensuring they meet technical specifications and performance standards.

  • Coordinate with IT teams, vendors, and third-party providers to ensure seamless integration and functionality of implemented technologies.

Quality Assurance:

  • Establish and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality technology solutions.

  • Conduct regular reviews and testing to validate the effectiveness and reliability of implemented technologies.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-implementation reviews.

  • Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, milestones, and any issues that may arise.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project delivery.

  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and improvement in technology implementations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience in project management with a focus on RPO implementations.

  • Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) is preferred.

  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and RPO solutions.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Hive, Monday, Asana, Trello).

Minimum Salary: 75,000 - Maximum Salary: 125,000
