Project Management- Looking for someone that has ran large commercial infrastructure cabling on CCTV / Access Control jobs. Creating timelines, working with the GC's on preparation and problem solving, attending daily calls for progress updates and solutioning.
PL/Budgeting- Must have been working with P&L and budgeting on projects and reporting.
Workforce Development- Ensuring the projects stay staffed at capacity to meet deadlines and come in at or under budget.
Description:
TEKsystems is looking for Project Managers to run Datacenter build outs for our client in Milwaukee WI. This person will be able to sit remote and travel to site for as needed meetings and for Level 0,1, and 2 testing. They will be responsible for the overall P&L on the project that includes materials, workforce, scope changes and change orders associated. This person will be on conference calls daily with the trades updating on the progress of their teams and any challenges associated that need to be addressed. They will also be updating the GC on the schedule and how they are keeping up. The PM's are responsible for the workforce and ensuring they have enough resources on site to get the work done in a quality manner.
