Summary Milwaukee School of Engineering (MSOE) invites applications for a Program Director and Associate or Assistant Professor to join our Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program. MSOE excels in preparing students in our Bachelor of Science in Nursing program to be expert practitioners, leaders, and scholars. The Program Director for the BSN will be responsible for leading curriculum development, management, and evaluation. They will have the responsibility of ensuring that the curriculum meets the needs of stakeholders and national accreditation standards. The Program Director also has oversight of students in the BSN program, including tracking progress, advising and resolving concerns. As an Associate/Assistant Professor, this person will also have teaching responsibilities in the classroom, clinical, lab and simulation settings. They will be responsible for developing and delivering curriculum that is current and based on best evidence. They will develop assessments and assignments that are congruent with course outcomes.
