JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Description: The Machine Operator will be responsible for performing various tasks; set up, operate, monitor, troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance on assigned machines. The Machine Operator will also be responsible for inspecting incoming supplied packaging material to its finished product in accordance to our specifications. The machine operator is expected to make adjustments, or tool changes as necessary to maintain quality specifications. Over time, the machine operator will need to be able to disassemble and reassemble equipment, changeover the equipment from one package size to another and perform light preventative maintenance to the equipment they operate. (Cleaning and Greasing, replacing pads or tape) Seal integrity Weight control Metal detection X-Ray monitoring Box and Label print quality Cap Torque Induction Seal Looking for: Proven experience as a Machine Operator Working Knowledge of Packaging Equipment or similar equipment. Understanding of production procedures and environment. Adhere to our Safety and Health Regulations. Ability to read specification. Ability to trouble shoot (analytical skills) Attach identification labels to finished packaged items, or cut stencils and stencil information on containers, such as lot numbers or shipping destinations. Sort, grade, weigh, and inspect products, verifying and adjusting product weight or measurement to meet specifications.
