Closing Date: September 25th, 2024, or upon receipt of the first 50 applicant submissions Office Support Assistant 2 Department of Health and Human Services Hourly Pay Range: \$14.57 - \$21.84 Job Summary: Under general supervision, the Office Support Assistant 2 provides overall front desk, reception, and clerical support to the Housing department. Job Duties: Customer Contact. Answer telephone, direct calls, and forward complaint calls. Greet clients, assess their needs, and direct to proper resource. Provide basic case information to clients via phone and email. Clerical Duties. Filing, intake, and date stamp submitted documents and mail. Type program correspondence and mail out. File Processing. Assist with income verifications. Sort and distribute submitted documents. Schedule inspections. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements: Current resident of the state of Wisconsin Possession of a high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent At least six (6) months of clerical and reception is required.
