We are seeking a dedicated Mechanical Assembly Team Member to join our assembly team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing final assembly operations of medical carts and enclosures, ensuring quality and production standards are consistently met. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform mechanical final assembly and/or subassembly operations of medical carts, enclosures, and other builds using various manual and power tools.

  • Work independently or as part of a team on an assembly line, depending on product requirements.

  • Read and interpret mechanical drawings, including standard and metric dimensions.

  • Identify quality issues from previous assembly stations.

  • Operate an auto bander and perform touch-ups on C-surface finishes.

  • Verify parts and ensure work meets quality standards.

  • Adhere to all safety regulations and consistently demonstrate proper use of PPE.

  • Maintain a 5S workplace through regular housekeeping efforts.

  • Train other employees as directed by the Team Leader to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production.

Qualifications

Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience and Training:

  • Previous assembly experience.

  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.

  • Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.

  • Experience performing quality checks.

Physical and Mental Demands

  • Continuous: Standing, seeing, hearing, reading, bending, use of hand tools.

  • Frequent: Comprehension, reasoning, troubleshooting.

  • Occasional: Math, lifting up to 50 pounds.
