JOB REQUIREMENTS: Manager FP&A (WD30056561303) What you will do Use advanced and broad-based financial accounting business knowledge to perform complex analyses and support/measure Power Solutions North America results. Effectively manage financial planning projects and resources to ensure project success. Work with independence and also interact regularly with the Power Solutions - Aftermarket team and Power Solutions Global FP&A to consolidate and analyze quarterly forecasts, two year plans, five year Strategic Plans. Also, analyze monthly financial results and establish & measure key financial targets. Assist in the preparation of written/graphical financial and operational information to support Power Solutions - North America management when communicating to the executive team for items such as Operation Reviews and Capital Appropriation Requests (CARs). How you will do it Consolidate regional results for actuals, outlook, and forecast. Work with the finance team to understand variances while collaborating with the business to identify key themes to explain results Serve as primary interface with Global Power Solutions regarding: budgeting, forecasting, actual result analysis and Hyperion submissions (consolidated results and by Legal entity reporting requirements). Consolidate all monthly Operating Review packages for the US/CA executive team and PS-Global as required. Develop and consolidate in weekly cadence the Monthly / Quarterly outlooks of US/CA region Provide financial leadership on all analytical requirements for US/CA. This includes but is not limited to: Merger/Acquisition analysis, Pricing Analysis, Cost and Margin Analysis and Other Investment Analysis. Create financial presentation as required to support US Regional General Manager Lead Budget, Outlook and Forecast processes, align timing and assumptions across US/CA finance and business teams. Manage Group SG&A cost centers and perform North America SG&A analysis as needed. Accurately forecast cash flow with regional inputs and perform variance analysis as needed Primary interface with Treasury and the Regions on all Hedging for FX exposure. Collaborate in annual balance sheet reviews as required. Interface with the local quality team to support ISO requirements for the FP&A processes. Solid project management and business consultant skills. Managerial experience of teams required Excellent communications skills, including significant experience in written and oral reports and presentations to high-level management. Should have ability to listen effectively, evaluate the most critical elements being communicated and communicate with team and Director on an open and timely basis. Demonstrated ability to work in a highly complex matrixed organization while preserving the identity and clear objectives of the business.
