OUTREACH COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTERS Licensed Professional Counselor in MILWAUKEE, Wisconsin

JOB REQUIREMENTS: JOB PURPOSE AND REPORTING STRUCTURE: Under the CCS Program Manager, the CCS Clinical Coordinator is responsible for providing day to day consultation to the Intake Coordinator, Care Coordinators, and Rehabilitation Specialists and ensuring overall clinical quality of services. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Fulfills Mental Health Professional/Substance Abuse Professional functions as defined in Wisconsin Chapter DHS 36. Ensures that service plans and service delivery are integrated, coordinated, and monitored to promote the person\'s highest possible level of independent functioning. Structures and facilitates clinical collaboration with the team. Provides clinical supervision through individual or side-by-side sessions in providing assessments, facilitating service planning meetings, or offering psychosocial rehabilitation services. Maintains accessibility for day-to-day clinical consultation. Assesses, teaches, and offers direction regarding the staff\'s (Care Coordinators, Intake Coordinator, and Rehabilitation Specialists) performance. Oversees the clinical aspects of the CCS program, including related regulatory compliance. Develops and implements relevant policies and procedures. Assists the CCS Program Manager with hiring and orientation training for all new team members. Assures that documentation in records is completed per regulations, policies and procedures. Ensures documentation is completed accurately and timely, Participates in Continuous Quality Improvement efforts. Represents the agency with the certification body and funding sources. Maintains positive working relations with funder Milwaukee County Community Access to Recovery Services. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization\'s policies and applicable laws and regulations. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; clinical supervision; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; resolving problems and addressing complaints.
